AP 5 Online Tutoring Guarantee

Eligibility and Refund Policy

The AP 5 Online Tutoring Guarantee is available to students enrolled in our AP 5 Online Tutoring program. Refund eligibility is determined as follows:

• Score of 4: Eligible for a 50% refund of the tuition paid.
• Score of 3 or below: Eligible for a full refund of the tuition paid.

Coursework and Participation Requirements

To qualify for a refund under this program, you must:

• Attend at least 18 tutoring hours, with the first session occurring at least 14 days before your test date.
• Complete all assigned homework and follow the structured lesson sequence.
• Adhere to program guidelines to ensure meaningful engagement and completion of coursework.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in ineligibility for this guarantee.

Official Test Date and Claim Submission Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Take the official AP test within 30 days of your last tutoring session.
• If your test is canceled, take the next available test unless it is more than 90 days from your last session, in which case you must contact us for alternative arrangements.
• Submit a clear electronic copy of your official AP score report and a completed guarantee request form within 30 days of score release.

Additional Considerations

• Each subject requires separate enrollment, and each is eligible for its own guarantee.
• The Improved Scores Money Back Guarantee applies only to the first enrollment in a program for a given subject.
• If you repeat the program under a separate satisfaction guarantee, you forfeit eligibility for this guarantee.

General Guarantee Terms

The following terms apply to all guarantee programs offered by Upgrade Tutors:

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for any guarantee, you must:

• Be enrolled in an eligible Upgrade Tutors program and have paid in full.
• Have not received funding for enrollment from a third party such as a school, employer, or nonprofit.

Limitations on Guarantee Usage

• Each guarantee can be used only once per paid enrollment.
• Guarantees do not apply to subsequent enrollments for the same subject.

Adjustments Due to Test Policy Changes

If the organization administering a test modifies its format, content, scoring, or schedule, Upgrade Tutors will make reasonable policy adjustments. Any changes will be communicated as needed.

Submission of Official Score Reports

• Score reports should be submitted as sharable electronic documents from the test administrator.
• If an official document is unavailable, a clear and verifiable screenshot of your online score report may be accepted.

Additional Terms

• Guarantees apply only to students in the United States.
• Upgrade Tutors reserves the right to modify or discontinue any guarantee at any time.
